Whether you’re making them as gifts, keychain charms, or even cute decorations for bags, these tiny slippers or flip flops are the perfect quick and creative crochet project.

🧶 Materials You’ll Need:
- Cotton or acrylic yarn (lightweight or sport weight is ideal)
- Crochet hook: 2.5mm–3.5mm (depending on your yarn)
- Keychain ring or lobster clasp
- Tapestry needle for sewing ends
- Small embellishments (optional): beads, mini bows, tiny buttons

👣 Basic Instructions
You can choose between two styles:
1. Mini Slippers (Closed-Toe)
2. Mini Flip Flops (Open-Toe with Straps)
🧵 For Mini Slippers (Closed-Toe):
- Sole:
- Chain 7
- Work in rounds: SC around the chain with increases on each end to form an oval shape.
- Add a second round if needed for size and shape.
- Upper:
- Attach yarn at the midpoint of one side.
- SC or HDC around half the sole to form the top curve of the slipper.
- Work 2–3 rows, decreasing each row slightly to close the toe area.
- Finishing:
- Weave in ends.
- Add a small bow or button to the top.
- Sew or attach the keyring at the heel or side.
🧵 For Mini Flip Flops (Open-Toe):
- Sole:
- Same as above: Chain 7 and crochet an oval-shaped sole.
- Straps:
- Use chain stitches to create a Y-shaped thong strap.
- Attach one end at the toe and two ends at the sides.
- Stitch down securely.
- Finishing:
- Weave in all ends neatly.
- Add a cute flower or bead at the center of the straps.
- Attach the keychain to the back of the sole.
